Quality Manager

Full-time Quality Manager needed in Winston-Salem, NCCDP Solutions has been retained to find a talented Quality Manager for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. Job Functions: Oversee and manage ISO 9001 quality standards Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes Provide leadership, training, coaching Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards Draft quality assurance policies and procedures Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities Interact with customers at the plant Our client offers a competitive salary plus bonus.
