Manufacturing GM – CNC/Tooling, Growth & Operations Leader

Stanfordville Machine & Manufacturing Company, founded in 1975, is seeking a General Manager to lead the plant’s P&L, drive EBITDA, and align sales goals with operations. You will oversee safety, manufacturing, engineering, quality, procurement, scheduling, and customer service in a tooling/injection molding environment. The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, CNC experience, and a strong lean/ERP track record.
