- Emergency Department expanded from 29 to 50 treatment roomsICU expanded from 38 to 64 beds
- Capacity to support approximately 25,000 additional patient visits annually74,000 annual ED visits
Level III Trauma CenterAbout the RoleThe Director of Emergency Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care while advancing organizational goals, regulatory compliance, trauma standards, and emergency medicine best practices.
Working closely with physicians, EMS partners, trauma leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, you'll lead a highly engaged team focused on improving outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting the growing healthcare needs of our community.

Qualifications:
- RequiredGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 3-5 years of leadership or administrative experience 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
- PreferredMaster's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
