Stepdown Unit Registered Nurse (RN) in Salem, VA

Qualifications & Experience: Active RN license in good standing, with current state authorization Recent stepdown or progressive care experience strongly preferred Strong grasp of monitoring, assessment, and intermediate-level intervention protocols Proficiency with electronic health records and evidence-based nursing practices BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking abilities Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient care situations collaboratively
