Overview As a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations, you will own and advance complex workstreams that translate strategy into measurable outcomes for Global 1000 clients. You will structure problems, lead analyses, and develop executive-ready recommendations in collaboration with senior leaders. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental and vision coveragewellness programsannual incentive compensation programvarious benefit planstravel opportunitiesremote-friendly environment Responsibilities Independently own and manage one or more project workstreams from problem definition to final recommendations Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, build workplans, and prioritize analyses to drive client outcomes Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess performance, opportunities, and capabilities Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations Develop high-quality client deliverables including presentations and models Facilitate client meetings, workshops, interviews, and working sessions Present findings to client stakeholders, including senior executives Manage workstream timelines, risks, and dependencies ensuring quality Coach and mentor junior team members with guidance and feedback Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership Leverage Innosight methodologies and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance analysis and impact Key requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational transformation, or related leadership roles Experience supporting growth strategy, corporate strategy, transformation, profitability and organizational initiatives Proven ability to own significant workstreams and deliver results in client-facing settings Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities Experience applying generative AI tools in consulting or business environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced settings Strong Power Point and Excel skills for client-ready deliverables Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred Intellectual curiosity Analytical rigor Comfortable working in client-facing environments Power Point Excelgenerative AI tools
