Global VP, Talent Acquisition & Enablement

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a VP, Talent Acquisition & Enablement to own end-to-end recruitment for its global brands, while evolving the operating model, tech stack, vendor ecosystem, and employer brand to scale during a turnaround. The role blends hands-on hiring leadership with strategic architecture across corporate, professional, technical, and operations roles. The successful candidate will oversee external search and staffing agency spend, establish governance with
