Director, Asset Preservation & Post-Foreclosure

Newrez is seeking a Director of Preservation & Post-Foreclosure to lead the Property Preservation and Post-Foreclosure teams. You will guide staff, manage field vendors, and ensure compliance across investor guidelines and regulations throughout the loan lifecycle. You will oversee post-foreclosure activities, CWCOT, conveyance, and third-party remittance, while tracking KPIs and driving process improvements on-site.
