About the role

Job Description:
  • The role focuses on keeping building infrastructure and machinery safe, clean, and running efficiently. Workers handle routine maintenance, fix broken equipment, and respond to urgent repair requests
  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled upkeep tasks like lubricating moving parts, replacing air filters, calibrating equipment, and testing safety alarms.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Assist or oversee outside specialists when major facility upgrades or complex repairs occur.
  • Grounds & Facilities Support: Handle basic carpentry, painting, assembly, moving heavy equipment, and seasonal tasks like snow removal or landscaping.
  • Record Keeping: Log completed work orders, maintenance checks, parts inventory, and shift reports.
  • Will train the right individual.
  • Pay based on ability & experience.
