Litigation Counsel

We are helping a large law firm hire a litigation attorney for an innovation-focused role. This role will help drive the adoption and optimization of legal technology across the firm’s litigation practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys translating real-world practice needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. This is NOT a traditional, billable role. The responsibilities of this role include: Partnering with practice leadership to identify workflow and technology opportunities Evaluating, piloting, and implementing litigation-focused legal technology and process improvements Serving as a bridge between attorneys, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into solutions Leading adoption, training, and change-management efforts to ensure measurable impact Managing vendor relationships and support ongoing enhancement and optimization
