Process Operator PGP - $21 Hourly Wage

What You'll Do: As a Process Operator, you will help operate and monitor equipment throughout our ethanol production facility.

Responsibilities include: Monitoring production equipment, processes, readings, and operating conditions Performing routine rounds and inspections throughout assigned areas Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues Completing housekeeping and general cleaning responsibilities Following operating procedures and safety requirements Wearing required PPE and working safely in an industrial environment Climbing stairs and ladders and working throughout different areas of the facility Communicating effectively with supervisors and other operators Responding to changing plant conditions and completing assigned tasks without constant supervision Maintaining dependable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who demonstrates the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Successful candidates should: Have a dependable work history Be comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment Be willing to learn equipment, processes, and operating procedures Take initiative and stay productive without constant direction Work well both independently and as part of a crew Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction Communicate appropriately when problems arise Be dependable and report to scheduled shifts on time Be comfortable performing physical and hands-on work Compensation Starting wage: $21.00 per hour Additional information regarding benefits, schedule, and advancement opportunities will be discussed during the hiring process.
