About the Role:
As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you'll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
From prep and station setup to working the line during a busy service, you'll be part of a kitchen that values great food, clean execution, teamwork, and respect for the product.
This is a hands-on position with more fresh seafood than you'll know what to do with.
What We're Looking For:
- AM & PM availability
- Full-time and part-time opportunities 1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen
- Strong knife skills are a plus
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy service
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow
- Seafood experience is a plus, but not required - we'll teach you the fish!
What You'll Do:
- Prep and execute Chula's established menu with consistency and care
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized station
- Work efficiently alongside the culinary team during service
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist with prep, breakdown, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
- Learn about seafood, fabrication, preparation, and the products we work with every day
- Bring urgency, accountability, and positive energy to every shift
