This opportunity supports our outpatient teams in the Oklahoma market and across our growing network. Assignments are typically 13 weeks, although length may vary based on business needs. Travelers choose from currently available assignments, with future opportunities to work across H2 Health regions and states. Our outpatient Physical Therapists treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Depending on the assignment, you may also gain experience in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion care, prosthetic rehabilitation, and other outpatient specialties.
Your Role:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
  • Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions
  • Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams
  • Document care accurately and provide consistent, patient-centered care throughout each assignment
