Stratas Foods is seeking a Qualified Mixer at our Fresno, CA facility to perform production and support duties in a safe, GMP-compliant environment. You will operate mixing equipment, monitor processes, and document production steps accurately to ensure product quality.
Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of experience in mixing operations or related manufacturing. Lifting up to 50 lbs, overtime, and weekend shifts may be involved.
