We're looking for Norwegian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Norwegian-language content. Your linguistic insight will shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Norwegian — making a real and lasting impact on the language's representation in cutting-edge technology. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just a deep fluency in Norwegian and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do:
- Review AI-generated Norwegian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Norwegian
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are:
- Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian (Bokmål and/or Nynorsk)
- Strong written communication skills in Norwegian
- Solid command of contemporary Norwegian usage across different contexts and registers
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have:
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Norwegian language variations and dialects
- Background in writing, journalism, or communications
