Senior Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities: * Recruit and hire qualified CDL drivers* Find drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews* Communicate with drivers throughout the hiring and onboarding process* Coordinate with operations and dispatch regarding driver needs and scheduling* Maintain a strong pipeline of potential drivers

What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers is highly preferred* Good knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry* Understanding of logistics, dispatch, and driver scheduling* Strong communication and people skills* Ability to build relationships with drivers* Organized, responsible, and able to work independently If you have experience in CDL driver recruitment and transportation and enjoy connecting with people, we would like to hear from you.
