Senior Real Estate Accountant & Team Lead (Hybrid)

Optimus Property Management, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Accountant to lead our internal accounting department. You will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and GAAP compliance for owned and third‐party assets, and manage a team of two senior accountants and five staff accountants under the President. You will collaborate with Asset Management and Operations to enable strategic decision‐making, implement accounting policies, and optimize SOPs while guiding external reporting, audits,
