Paint Line Helper - Weekend ShiftThe Weekend Shift Paint Line Helper (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the paint line during weekend production. This position ensures all materials and equipment are prepared and maintained to support a smooth painting process, directly contributing to product quality and production timelines. The Paint Line Helper works closely with the paint line team to assist with loading, unloading, organizing parts, and monitoring the line for operational issues. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role helps ensure production goals are consistently met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments
- Willingness to work weekend shift schedule consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and preparing the paint line for production
- Load and unload parts and materials onto the paint line
- Monitor equipment and report operational issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support paint line team with tools, supplies, and assistance
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPEAssist with routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
