Learning Systems Designer

Key Responsibilities: Build, configure, and maintain LMS platforms, ensuring optimal learner experience and effective course structure Design and develop interactive, learner-centered courses using sound instructional design principles and creative design thinking Analyze learning data to track course completion metrics and provide insights for improving training outcomes

Required Qualifications: Experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development Hands-on experience building and managing LMS platforms Proficiency in creating interactive and multimedia learning content Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements
