About the role

Job Title VerantwortlichkeitenThe GOLDBECK Property Services combine the service offer of Property Management with the rental and center management for commercial properties.

Responsibilities include:

Representation of owners towards tenants, service providers, authorities, press, etc.
Ensuring the ongoing operation and checking maintenance measures
Coordination of local staff
Controlling and evaluation of the property and tenant performance (e.g. turnover and frequency)
Preparation and accompaniment of market research analyses and customer surveys, observation of the competitive situation and development in the environment
Ensuring fulfillment of the contractual provisions of the lease (rental purpose, opening hours, operational obligation, etc.) as well as the house rules
Optimization of the shopping atmosphere and the service offer as well as media planning for the optimal external representation

Profil

Requirements include:

Real estate specific training with additional qualifications or alternatively a degree with a focus on real estate management, commercial management or equivalent
Professional experience in commercial or center management is desirable
Very good IT skills (MS Office) as well as experience with property management software (realax, Yardi, SAP etc.) are desirable
Willingness to travel to support the centers on site
Independent and at the same time team-oriented working style
Professional communication, customer orientation, high engagement, flexibility and willingness to learn
