Process Design Consultant - Strategy and Transformation

Overview In this role, you will analyze processes, document business-case opportunities, and lead process-improvement initiatives to support Operational Excellence. You’ll partner with business leaders and technical teams to design solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation. You’ll develop process documentation and decision-ready analyses to enable informed choices. Compensation / Benefitsaffordable benefitscompetitive benefitsflexible benefitsin-office culturecareer development opportunitiessupport for wellness Responsibilities Implement solutions to address issues, reduce variation, and strengthen controls Collaborate with business partners to gather data and implement impactful changes Establish a continuous-improvement model using process engineering practices Leverage analytics to translate problems into structured, benefit-driven designs Develop enterprise change-management deliverables (SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, control plans)Manage the pipeline of improvement opportunities and build compelling business cases Key requirements 5+ years of process design experience (including process, people, and technology design)Advanced process mapping skills (Visio or ARIS)Familiar with Single Process Inventory and Enterprise Process Management Policy & Standard Strong facilitation skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams Avid learner capable of navigating complex situations Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis to derive process insights Expert in MS Power Point for presenting concepts and outcomes 3+ years of strategic planning experience including multi-year plans and business cases Basic awareness of technology capabilities Facilitation Active listening Cross-functional collaboration VisioARISMS Excel
