At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility experience, required. Job Duties for Staff Nurse: Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents. Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing. Maintain safety of residents.
