Staff Attorney: Collections, Contracts & HR Policy

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to lead collections efforts and manage contract review for our restoration business in Washington state. The role prioritizes delinquent accounts, negotiates resolutions, and guides nonlegal teams on payment obligations. You will also review HR policies, oversee related litigation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. A WA-licensed attorney with experience in creditors' rights is required.
