Retail Property Manager Needed/ Lifestyle Retail Mall type Asset in San AntonioOn site role, not third party, work directly for the ownerProperty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, vendor management, and construction coordination of assigned shopping center assets.The Property Manager serves as an on-site representative of ownership and is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, functionality, and operational performance of assigned major shopping centers located in San Antonio, TX. The Property Manager works closely with tenants, vendors, contractors, and corporate departments to ensure company standards are met, tenant needs are addressed, and property objectives are achieved.The Property Manager coordinates property inspections, maintenance programs, capital and tenant improvement projects, vendor relationships, compliance initiatives, and tenant-focused programs while providing timely reporting and documentation to the General Manager.Required Qualifications• experience managing retail or office assets• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Salesforce• Experience in Yardi is a plus
