HRIS Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Partner with HR, Technology, and implementation teams to design and optimize HR processes. Translate business requirements into functional solutions and validate system configurations. Lead process design workshops, user validation, training, and change readiness activities. Drive adoption of best practices, challenge legacy ways of working, and identify opportunities to leverage AI within HR operations. Ideal Background: Strong experience in HR transformation, process improvement, and HR technology implementations. Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR operations. Experience working with multiple HCM platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. US Citizen and GC holders only Hybrid work schedule - local to NYC
