Weaver Operator

--Position: Weaver Operator --Company: Textile Manufacturing Company --Location: Mooresboro, NC --Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company! The Weaving Operator will monitor and maintain a designated group of looms throughout the production floor. This role will inspect looms for warp and filling defects, repair broken warp ends, replace empty creel packages, and flag equipment issues or necessary repairs for the Maintenance team. The operator will also verify patterns, and fabric quality while preparing looms for style changes. The position will require accurate data entry and completion of quality documentation, including technician flags, warp changes, quality checks, while ensuring warp ends are properly positioned and fabric meets quality standards. -Requirements: -Must have 1+ year experience in machine operation within textile or similar manufacturing environment. -Must be able to make adjustments independently on production machinery. -Must be able to visually inspect quality of fabric. -Must be able to do machine changeovers, startups, and shutdowns independently.
