SMT Hand Load Operator We are currently seeking an experienced SMT Hand Load Operator to join a production company in San Jose specializing in electronic components.
Pay:
$21.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start
Responsibilities:
- Hand load and place electronic components onto circuit boards
- Follow production instructions and work orders
- Inspect components for quality and accuracy
- Use small hand tools and production equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
