What You'll Do: As a PMHNP with Balanced Wellbeing, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities:* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments* Diagnose and treat mental health conditions through evidence-based medication management* Develop and manage individualized treatment plans* Order and interpret laboratory tests as appropriate* Participate in GDR and psychotropic medication review meetings* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facility staff, and families* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation* Meet daily productivity and encounter expectations* Respond to facility needs as appropriate (no formal on-call) Schedule & Work Setting* Monday-Friday, daytime hours* No weekends or holidays* Work in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities* Minimal regional travel Ready to Grow With Us?
