Key Responsibilities: Set up CNC machines according to manufacturing specifications and submit first-article parts for quality approval. Load raw materials, CNC programs, and required tooling to prepare machines for production. Operate CNC equipment to produce first-article and production parts, ensuring consistent quality. Monitor machine performance through visual and auditory checks to maintain smooth operations. Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Oversee machine accessories and related equipment to ensure proper functioning during production. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards while maintaining an efficient workflow.
