Mission-Driven Nonprofit Controller & Finance Leader

Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. seeks an experienced Controller to lead the nonprofit accounting function, oversee general ledger activity and reporting, and drive a fast-paced close calendar. This hands-on leadership role will manage a small team and coordinate audits and tax compliance while guiding system improvements across finance. You will oversee donor-funded, foundation, planned gifts, and international contributions, balancing technical accounting with strategic partnership to
