Lead ML Engineer, Ads Marketplace

Pinterest is seeking a senior backend engineer to lead the evolution of the Pinterest marketplace within the Ads Delivery team. You will design and implement systems that improve the ads delivery funnel, run experiments that shape the utility function, and contribute to auction design and ad allocation to derive new marketplace insights. You’ll collaborate across the company to balance long- and short-term business objectives while strengthening cross-functional knowledge of marketplace design.
