Customer Connection Associate

Job Description: The primary function of the Customer Connection Associate is to support loan officer lead flow by being the first point of contact to clients. Employees are eligible to receive a base pay of an hourly minimum wage $15.00, in addition to a highly competitive bonus plan that consists of daily, weekly and monthly performance tiers. Your day to day will look like: Reaching out to leads to establish contact to customers inquiring about our services Handling inbound inquiries consisting of general mortgage questions and convert them into sales Overcoming objections of prospective customers Providing prompt and courteous customer service

What We’re Looking For: Ability to convert leads while maintaining established sales quotas Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Understands the importance of listening skills. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethic Ability to work within the hours of 8:30 - 8pm EST.Always looking to do MORE.
