Ministries Director: Discipleship Lead for All Ages

Renovation Church is seeking a Director to oversee Children's, Youth, and Adult Ministries in the north Minneapolis metro area. You will provide strategic oversight to staff, build an arch of discipleship from birth through adulthood, and ensure effective communication with the Creative Team to serve the broader church body. The role reports to the Executive Director and involves regular staff meetings, accountability, and leadership development within a faith-driven community.
