Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role: This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of technical execution and customer engagement. You’ll own end‑to‑end deployments inside complex enterprise environments from discovery and scoping through production readiness and handoff. The position requires strong DevOps and Kubernetes expertise, direct collaboration with enterprise stakeholders, and the ability to turn recurring deployment challenges into reusable patterns and playbooks.

What You’ll Do: Manage customer deployments end‑to‑end, including technical discovery, configuration, and production readiness. Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Helm, infrastructure, networking, identity, observability, and scaling. Translate recurring issues into reusable tooling and deployment frameworks. Work directly with enterprise stakeholders across engineering, security, compliance, and operations. Partner with product and engineering teams to feed deployment learnings into the roadmap. Must‑haves:2+ years in customer‑facing engineering, solutions engineering, or technical deployment roles. Hands‑on Kubernetes and DevOps deployment experience, including operating production clusters. Working knowledge of agentic workflows and large language model deployment in enterprise settings. Experience deploying AI systems in regulated industries (finance, healthcare).Familiarity with customer‑owned or on‑premises enterprise infrastructure. Background in networking, observability, or incident response. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Helm‑based automation.
