Warehouse Picker

Location: Coppell, TX 75019 Job Type: Temp-to-hire Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 a.m.4:00 p.m.; some weekends required Openings: 15 Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Pickers to support receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory operations. Location requirement: These positions will begin in Coppell and are expected to transition to Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year. Applicants must be able to commute to both locations.

Responsibilities: Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment. Receive, stock, organize, and store materials and equipment. Load and unload freight, including serialized electronics. Complete inventory transactions in the warehouse management system. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet-moving equipment, and hand carts, as trained and authorized. Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping and bills of lading. Follow customer service requirements and warehouse safety procedures.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.13 years of related warehouse experience; 3 or more years preferred. Knowledge of safe storage and material handling practices.
