VP, CI & Sustainability Leader — Elevate Enterprise Performance

New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Business Unit CI Sustainability Leader to advance the CI Management System across a major function. You will coach senior leaders, design training, guide post-implementation assessments, and drive 3–5% year-over-year gains through enterprise performance improvements. This role operates at a strategic level, aligning CI initiatives with financial outcomes and balanced scorecards, while collaborating with the COE to evolve tool standards and scale CI
