Sales Service Representative

Role Description: The Sales Service Representative is a part‑time, hybrid role based in DFW, with a mix of on‑site client visits and work‑from‑home responsibilities. In this role, the representative responds to inbound inquiries, conducts outreach to prospective and existing customers, and explains Eco Sure’s services, pricing, and value propositions. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, scheduling service appointments, updating customer records in the CRM, and coordinating with operations staff to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. The representative follows up on leads, supports contract renewals, resolves routine customer issues, and gathers feedback to improve service quality. This position works closely with the sales and operations teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals while promoting sustainable waste management solutions.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and handle inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess sales and account management skills, including lead follow‑up, basic negotiation, and experience preparing quotes or proposals. Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as CRM usage, data entry accuracy, appointment scheduling, and time management. Candidates should possess basic business and industry awareness, ideally with familiarity or interest in environmental services, waste management, or compliance‑focused industries. Candidates should possess technology skills, including proficiency with email, office productivity tools, and virtual communication platforms. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, environmental studies, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field service coordination is beneficial. Ability to travel locally in the Irving/Dallas–Fort Worth area for client visits and to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct local field prospecting and cold visits to commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads across the local territory. Present service agreements, explain local compliance requirements, and highlight the value of our maintenance solutions. Close new recurring service contracts and deliver signed agreements to operations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow‑ups. Hourly Base: $12.00 – $14.00/hour (based on experience) Commission: Generous, uncapped commission structure on every closed contract
