Provide skilled nursing visits to home health patients across Odessa and surrounding communities, following physician-prescribed treatment plans and maintaining accurate, complete medical records. Work with patients and the care team to support quality care in the home. Provide nursing visits according to physician-prescribed treatment plans. Deliver nursing care to patients in their homes. Maintain accurate and complete medical records and required paperwork. Travel to patients across assigned service locations. Coordinate care with patients and the healthcare team.
