In support of Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) we are seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Analyst - Survivability & Automotive Testing and Reporting (On-Site). Responsibilities:
General requirements are as follows: This Journeyman-level position focuses on survivability documentation, reporting, coordination, and automotive/vehicle testing support within the Test and Evaluation (T&E) environment. The role centers on reviewing historical survivability-related data, maintaining structured documentation artifacts, supporting automotive/vehicle test instrumentation planning, coordinating technical meetings, and supporting reporting activities for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program. Specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: Review survivability-related documentation, historical test data, and legacy reports for accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Draft and update Test Plans, Observation Reports, and Service Reports in accordance with Contract Data Requirements (CDRL).Maintain survivability-related issue trackers, Field Incident Work Instructions (FIWIs), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) impact logs, and Data Source Matrices (DSMs).Support automotive/vehicle instrumentation testing activities planned for the upcoming test cycle. Support integration and use of vehicle test instrumentation during automotive test events. Coordinate and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Test Readiness Review's (TRRs), and technical meetings; prepare agendas and record minutes. Support development of decision briefs for the T&E Lead. Maintain integrated schedules for survivability-related documentation and automotive testing activities. Collaborate with government, vendor, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment of test documentation. Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered. Experience supporting DoD acquisition T&E environments. Specific/
Preferred Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance preferred. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance or Top Secret required. Prior support to Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE?MC), or similar acquisition organizations. Experience with vehicle test instrumentation or automotive/vehicle testing preferred. Experience supporting USMC programs preferred. Experience with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Test Plans, Reports, and other project documentation deliverables. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi agency test events (government, vendor, range, engineering).Experience coordinating multi-agency technical meetings and documentation reviews. Experience developing structured technical documentation.
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
