RETAIL GREETER - PART TIME

Micro Center Bethel is looking for part-time Store Greeters to welcome customers at the entrance and help them navigate our newly remodeled store. This is a frontline, customer-facing role: greeters hand out a store map and assist customers in finding the right department. This is a seasonal position with an anticipated duration of six (6) months. Successful performance may lead to consideration for future employment opportunities within the store.

What You’ll Do: Welcome every customer at the entrance with a friendly, helpful greeting. Hand out paper store maps and explain the high-level aisle categories. Direct customers to the correct department, especially those familiar with the prior store layout. Answer basic questions and escalate anything beyond locations to the appropriate team member. Maintain a clean, organized entrance. SCHEDULE Store hours covered by this role are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday. Shifts are part-time, ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, and will be assigned from the blocks below based on availability: Morning shift: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Sat) Afternoon/evening shift: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Sat) Sunday shift: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may be split into two shorter shifts) Weekend availability (including Saturday and Sunday) is required.

What We’re Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills. Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers throughout a shift. Reliable and punctual; able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule. Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
