Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing mortgage broker partners. Generate new business through prospecting, in-person meetings, phone outreach, networking, and sales presentations. Meet or exceed a minimum monthly production goals. Pre-qualify loan scenarios prior to submission to ensure program eligibility. Educate brokers on Z loans products, underwriting guidelines, policies, and operational processes. Deliver exceptional service and ongoing support to broker partners throughout the lending process. Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guideline updates, and market trends.

Qualifications: Education & Experience Minimum 3 years of wholesale account executive experience. Established book of business with active mortgage broker relationships required. Proven ability to work independently while consistently meeting production goals. Strong understanding of wholesale lending products, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination processes. Experience with Meridianlink preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven sales environment.
