Child Care Teacher - Greater Dayton Area

Salary Range: $13.00 To $17.00 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time $13-$17/hour Inspire Young Minds. Love What You Do! CWCC is hiring caring, energetic Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our supportive early childhood education team. We have openings in Huber Heights, Kettering, Springfield, Beavercreek, Centerville, Miamisburg, Fairborn, and Englewood/Union.

What You'll Do: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for children ages infant through school age Plan and implement fun, hands-on learning experiences using Creative Curriculum. Foster children's social, emotional, language, literacy, and school readiness skills. Observe children's development and document progress using Teaching Strategies GOLD. Partner with families and build positive relationships through daily communication and parent conferences. Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and classroom aides. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

Required Qualifications: Passion for working with young children Dependable and professional Meet Ohio child care licensing requirements including background checks

Preferred Qualifications: CDA, AA in Early Childhood Education or related field Previous experience working with young children Knowledge of child development Strong communication and classroom management skills
