Lead a Growing Mission. Make a Lasting Difference. Rick’s Place, a peer grief support organization, is seeking a mission‑driven Executive Director to guide our organization into its next chapter. This role is ideal for a compassionate, strategic leader who excels in nonprofit leadership, organizational management, and community impact. The Executive Director will partner closely with the Board of Directors and staff to advance our mission, strengthen organizational sustainability, and expand our reach throughout Western Massachusetts. Key responsibilities include program leadership, strategic planning, operational oversight, fundraising and development strategy, donor stewardship, grant management, and financial oversight. This leader will cultivate strong relationships with donors, funders, volunteers, community partners, and civic leaders. The ideal candidate brings experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, financial administration, staff supervision, and community engagement. A commitment to grief support, youth services, and trauma‑informed practices is essential.
