Fleet Allocation Specialist

What you'll be doing: * Handle rental trailer requests and returns from customers* Maintain & develop strong relationships with contacts at trailer vendors* Assist customers in trailer dormancy and utilization assessments* Manage internal fleet records and perform audits regularly of active trailers* Work internally with the Maintenance and Escalations team when needed* Assist in the claims process in regard to trailer damage* Provide strategic decisions and direction with fleet assets

What you need: * Bachelor’s degree preferred* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills* Self-starter with the ability to be proactive and resourceful* Strong work ethic with high attention to detail* Customer Service focused* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
