Director of Respiratory Therapy - New Hampshire

Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire 03054

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $95,000–$150,000 annually

Responsibilities: Direct all clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services Ensure high-quality patient care and strong departmental performance Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental resources Oversee respiratory therapy staff, scheduling, supervision, and development Manage departmental budgets and resources Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements Develop and maintain clinical standards of practice Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, employees, and other departments Support program development and organizational initiatives Participate in marketing efforts and community service activities Maintain current professional and clinical knowledge Support the overall mission and goals of the hospital

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree – Required New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License – Required 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience – Preferred Respiratory Therapy leadership, supervisory, management, or director-level experience strongly preferred Strong clinical, operational, communication, and team leadership skills
