Remote Programs Director | Strategic Impact Leader

Native Ways Federation is seeking a Programs Director to lead and advance its programmatic work. The role partners with the Executive Director and team to guide implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement while cultivating relationships with Native-led nonprofits, donors, and communities. We seek a leader who centers Native voices, advances informed giving, and builds equitable philanthropic practices.
