Managing Consultant - Organizational Change Management (OCM)

About the opportunity: A global tier-1 IT services and consulting firm is expanding its Enterprise Solutions Organizational Change Management practice and is hiring a Managing Consultant to lead end-to-end OCM engagements on large-scale global transformation programs. This is a senior client-facing role. You will own the change agenda on complex ERP, cloud, and digital transformation programs, working directly with CXO and business leadership to drive adoption, readiness, and measurable value realization. It combines hands-on delivery leadership with practice building and pre-sales contribution.

What you will do: Lead organizational readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments, and translate findings into tailored change interventions Define and execute enterprise-wide change strategies spanning people, process, technology, governance, and operating model change Act as the primary OCM advisor and engagement lead, facilitating executive and mid-management stakeholder conversations throughout delivery Coach sponsors and leaders on change leadership responsibilities and adoption expectations Design and execute communication strategies, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder-specific engagement campaigns Lead the design and deployment of role-based learning and adoption programs across instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended formats Build change dashboards, scorecards, and adoption KPIs, and use analytics to measure change effectiveness and report to program leadership Own post-go-live sustainment strategy and demonstrate business value realization Grow the OCM practice through methodology, assets, accelerators, and mentoring of OCM consultants and leads Support regional business development and pre-sales, including opportunity shaping, solution design, proposals, and client presentations Lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments What you will bring 15+ years of consulting and Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale business transformation environments Hands-on experience leading or supporting global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs as a Change Partner, OCM Lead, or OCM Consultant Broader ERP and cloud transformation exposure across Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or Workday Proven end-to-end OCM strategy delivery on both greenfield and brownfield implementations Career built at leading consulting organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM Consulting, EY, or comparable tier-1 firms Certification or deep working knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, or APMG change methodologies Demonstrated career stability and progressive leadership growth Strong executive presence, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills Who this role is NOT for Internal HR or L&D change practitioners without external consulting delivery experience Communications or training specialists who have not owned full change strategy Program or project managers who supported change as a workstream rather than leading itOCM professionals whose experience sits outside ERP, cloud, and digital transformation programs Candidates who have not worked at a tier-1 consulting or Big 4 firm within the last five years Anyone requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
