Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Overview: The BCBA provides clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and behavioral aides, ensuring ethical, data-driven ABA services. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and progress monitoring. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides Train caregivers and staff Monitor data and adjust treatment plans Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards

Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Active BCBA certification Valid CPR/First Aid certification Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support Training & Screening Criminal background check (fingerprinting) Drug screening College of Direct Support (online DDD certification) Preferred Reliable transportation 2+ years behavioral experience Benefits Highly competitive pay Medical insurance (Horizon BCBS – 70% employer paid ) Dental & vision insurance Paid time off & sick leave Why ALAY Home Care?
