ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Transportation &

Safety Duties: Safely operates 12-passenger vehicles in accordance with schedules and routes. Ensures safety of passengers and compliance with traffic laws and Club policies. Maintains order and proper discipline of youth. Conducts daily vehicle safety inspections and ensures vehicles are clean and stocked with safety equipment. Logs mileage, fuel usage, and passenger attendance. Reports incidents or mechanical issues promptly. Youth Development &

Program Duties: Supervises groups of 10–20 youth. Facilitates age-appropriate academic, recreational, STEM, arts, and physical activities. Promotes positive behavior, teamwork, and emotional safety. Communicates concerns with sSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:Minimum age 21 for driving duties Valid CT public passenger endorsement and valid license for a minimum of 3 years Clean driving record and background check Experience working with youth preferred Strong communication and organizational skillsCPR/AED/First Aid certifiedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Light to moderate physical activity Ability to lift up to 50 poundsDISCLAIMER:The information presented indicates the general nature and level of work expected of employees in this classification.
