Lead Security Operations & Incident Response

Athena is seeking a Head of InfoSec Operations to lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat detection, and risk reduction. The role interfaces with IT, Eng, DevOps, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success, and includes client security inquiries, due diligence, and vendor risk discussions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, calm under pressure, and capable of cross-functional collaboration to align security strategy with business needs across a global client base.
