Join Pilot Flying J as an Arby’s Team Member in our Food & Beverage Operations. In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll prepare and serve Arby’s menu items to quality and safety standards, operate POS systems, handle cash, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant. You’ll follow food safety and sanitation procedures, restock and rotate product, and work as part of a supportive, diverse team focused on hospitality and “people-first” values. Prepare and assemble Arby’s menu items to brand and safety standards Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service Operate POS system accurately and handle cash, credit, and refunds Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining, kitchen, and prep area Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures Restock, rotate, and label food and paper products Work collaboratively with teammates and leaders in a fast-paced setting Follow company policies for uniform, hygiene, and guest relations Support opening, shift-change, and closing duties as assigned Participate in training to learn new procedures and advance skills Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling and reconciliation Food preparation and portioning Food safety and sanitation (FIFO, temp control) Customer service and hospitality Basic math for transactions Cleaning and janitorial tasks Time management in fast-paced setting Teamwork and communication Following written and verbal instructions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler Certification (where required) ServSafe Food Handler or equivalent (preferred) Basic cash-handling proficiency Customer service training Safety and sanitation training
